Safety Trap

Now, blessed with some supposed almighty father,
perpetually watching above you,
is mostly why I said Christianity offers a ‘perfect’ place,
largely for people who were victimized,
to thoroughly hide in,
while duly pretending to leave their scarred selves out.

Uh, if my memory serves correctly here,
your holy good doctor,
was specifically posting to folks,
talking about receiving financial windfalls,
precisely what would be enticing to many,
as I’ve witnessed done lots of times before,
over various religious programs,
showcasing a sorry loser,
in desperate monetary shape,
claiming another pathetic testimony,
eagerly slanted toward getting such rewards.

See, whether this is really an intentional con,
or not,
even though I’m heavily betting on the former,
remains honestly beside my objective,
because it only demonstrates a pitiful need,
concerning different aspects of security,
directed by older casualties to catch fresh prey.
